Most CPD bookings normally run from 0:00 until 23:59 on one specific calendar day. But sometimes it is necessary to start CPD bookings in the middle of one day to end by the middle of the next, i.e. on 5:00 pm day 1 until 4:59 pm the next day. You can handle this in the Booking Calendar by defining which of the days you like to show there. The campaign item has a picklist field called ADvendio_BookingCalendarDateAssignment_c.
This is how it works. If you choose the picklist valuePlease choose either the picklist value "do not show last day" or "do now show first day". The following examples explain the functionality:
a. Do not show last day
The booking calendar displays the start day
Example:
StartdateTime is 21.04.2016 18:00 - EndDateTime is 23.04.2016 17:59
21.04.2016 + 22.04.2016 are marked as booked/offered
