We recommend to use We recommend using the Optimizer to track any changes you like to apply to a running Media Campaign, a partially or fully invoiced Media Campaign or a Campaign Item which has been used in finance-relevant process processes (such as the Accounting Record Creation Processes).     Cancel a Line Item

    • Click on the cancel button of the item to take this out of your media campaign.

    • The item cannot be edited/optimized in any other way

    • Original item is getting adjusted.

    Package-Components

    • This is only possible for the Optimization type Reactive.

    • Change any value of a single Package Component (leave all other components unchanged)

    Cancel a Prorated Package

    • The Ad ID of your digital line item gets copied to the "new" so that you can stop the position in your AdServer straight from ADvendio.

    Changes on a "running" Package

    • For a Package with linear or individual distribution all above mentioned changes will be done no matter if components are displayed on PDFs or not.

    Changes on an Invoiced Campaign Item or a Campaign Item used in the Accounting Records Creation Processes

    • For an Item which has been partly or fully invoiced, any optimizing changes, such as changes to discounts, quantities or any other

      financial

      financially relevant information, need to be carried out through an Order Amendment

    • For an Item which has been used in the Accounting Record Creation processes, any optimizing changes need to be carried out through an Order Amendment
