ADvendio offers two versions of this tool. One way is to 4.3.5 Use the Net Calculator within the Media Configuration the other the "stand-alone" 4.5 Net Calculator. You can configure and change the fields for the Stand-alone tool using the field set you find under the object Media Campaign:
