Delivery Report records contain "delivery" data for your booked campaign items if connected to an ad server. This information can be transferred from your adserver into Advendio. Delivery Report data is linked to the respective campaign item. To find out how to set up delivery data reports, watch our video Delivery Reports Settings first. 

In ADvendio.com, you are able to receive delivery data from your ad server in two forms:

  • as lifetime-data

  • on a daily or monthly basis

These steps show you how to change these settings. Also, they will show you how to activate the relevant delivery features.

Attention:

Google Ad Manager users: due to limitations in the reporting API, we're not able to import delivery data for items running longer than three years. Our delivery reports will only import data for max. 3 years in the past, starting with the following month to the current date. Example: today is 23rd of April 2018, then the import will start at 1st May 2015.

This also affects the numbers of lifetime delivery data! If you want to configure line items with a runtime longer than three years, please split them into multiple Campaign Items, in order to ensure correct delivery numbers.

Impressions, Clicks, Viewed AI and Completed Video Views will be summarized for each month and written into separate Revenue Schedules under the Campaign Item.

Monthly breakdown per Site

Impressions, Clicks, Viewed AI and Completed Video Views will be summarized for each month and written into separate Revenue Schedules under the Campaign Item.

The number of Impressions, Clicks, Viewed AI and Video Views will also be collected for each Site*, connected to your Item, separately. 

These will be written into Delivery Data records, also located under the Campaign Item. There will be one Delivery Data record per Site per month.

Daily breakdown

Impressions, Clicks, Viewed AI and Completed Video Views will be summarized for each Day and written into separate Revenue Schedules Dailies under the Campaign Item.

With the DeliveryData Daily import the system always automatically plans a monthly import prior, so you will also get the monthly breakdown for your Delivery Data

Enhanced Delivery Data

Enhanced Delivery Data are an even more detailed breakdown of monthly Site-Based Delivery Data and will not only contain additional information (e.g. video views divided into 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%), but also include delivery data per Ad Unit (below top level) or for certain device types / targeting criteria.
