Info

By default, when Items are pushed to Broadsign, they are in the saved or draft status. This means they are not actively running or booked yet, and allow you to make further changes or adjustments before finalizing and activating them.

You'll find three options to choose from:

  • Active: It means it has been submitted and is currently running. This option lets you book your ads in Broadsign. When a Proposal Item is marked as "Active," it means it is booked in Broadsign, and the assigned Screens are reserved and actively running.

  • Paused: It has been saved but is temporarily on hold. If you need to make changes or take a break, you can return your booking in the Broadsign as a draft. If a Proposal Item is "Paused," it temporarily removes the reserved status and brings it back to its previous draft state.

  • Reserved: It is on hold and not currently active. This option allows you to hold bookings in Broadsign, securing inventory for your campaigns in ADvendio. When a Proposal Item is "Reserved," it has the status of being on hold, and the assigned Screens are reserved and blocked for other bookings.
