The campaign Contact Wizard helps the user to select the right contacts for your his campaigns quickly. This feature shows the user only the contacts related to the involved accounts. The selected contacts are displayed at the corresponding media campaign at the related list Campaign Contacts.
Media Campaign - Lookup Fields
The Media Campaign contains different Account lookups, that should be used in order to select Contacts in the Contact Wizard.
Select a Media Campaign and select all relevant Account lookups:

If a lookup is not used, the user can skip that lookup. In this case, the Contact Wizard do does not show any contacts, that can be selected.
Media Campaign - Contact Wizard
The Campaign Contact Wizard helps users to add new contacts to an existing media campaign. It only displays those contacts assigned to the media campaign.
Select Media Campaign contacts using the Contact Wizard:
- Click the button Contact Wizard.
- Select Contacts as Quote Contact or Invoice Contact.
- Click the button Save.
Accounts, Contacts and Contacts Contact Roles are used for the PDF (quote as well as invoice). The system administrator is able to customize, what which contact should be displayed in which order at on the PDF document.
Note: Contacts can be deselected by setting the checkbox in front of a Contact to FALSE.
