Packages are really ad specs. They bundle your products and potentially hide the components to either make the selling for your Sales reps and customers easier or allow a special pricing structure. You could sell packages at a higher or lower price than the individual items just as needed. To build a package select the record type "PacketPackage Header".
The easiest to create packages is to use the package manager.
