This is how it works. If you choose the picklist value
a. Do not show last day
The booking calendar displays the start day
Example:
StartdateTime is 21.04.2016 18:00 - EndDateTime is 23.04.2016 17:59
21.04.2016 + 22.04.2016 are marked as booked/offered
b. Do not show first day
The booking calendar displays the end day
Example:
StartdateTime is 21.04.2016 18:00 - EndDateTime is 23.04.2016 17:59
22.04.2016 + 23.04.2016 are marked as booked/offered
