We recommend to use the Optimizer to track any changes you like to apply to a running media campaignMedia Campaign, a partially or fully invoiced Media Campaign or a Campaign Item which has been used in finance relevant process (such as the Accounting Record Creation Processes) . Using the correct Optimizer source will guarantee that your data is valid and consistent, including your finance records.
Change a "running" Campaign

Changes on a "running" Package
- For a Package with linear or individual distribution all above mentioned changes will be done no matter if components are displayed on PDFs or not.
Changes on an Invoiced Campaign Item or a Campaign Item used in the Accounting Records Creation Processes
- For an Item which has been partly or fully invoiced, any optimizing changes, such as changes to discounts, quantities or any other financial relevant information, need to be carried out through an Order Amendment
- For an Item which has been used in the Accounting Record Creation processes, any optimizing changes need to be carried out through an Order Amendment
