When tracking your Campaign Item performance, there are many different key metrics you want to keep an eye on. While ADvendio offers a lot of data and flexibility, not everything might be covered initially by our delivery import features.

To get a better overview about of sales and how the key performance is, you might want to track:

  • The average CPM a product has reached over it’s its runtime

  • the click-through rate (CTR)

  • how many users have seen the complete ad / how many viewed the complete video

While ADvendio does not offer these values out of the box in it’s its integrations, there are ways to customize your system exactly how you need it. We will go through the general steps, using a simple example, below.

Let’s say you want to track the click-through rate (CTR) of your Campaign Items, over it’s their whole runtime.

Note

There are certain fields for eCPM and Clickrate already existing on the Campaign Item object in ADvendio. Please note that those fields are not based on actual delivery numbers, but the proposal numbers (e.g. the goal quantity you want to reach). If you want a real average CPM, you will need create new formulas as described below
