Case 1 Equally distributed

  1. Open Manual Delivery Data Wizard.
  2. Enter delivery data for the month.
  3. Click on a certain month to open the daily view. Notice that the first day will receive 100%.
  4. Click on Delivery Percentage and auto percentage to split the numbers equally.
  5. NOTICE: If you change the total for the manual delivery data is changed afterwards you will have to go through afterwards go back to step 3. and 4. again! Otherwise Because each change trigger that the first day receives 100% again.

2 Individually distributed

  1. Open Manual Delivery Data Wizard.
  2. Click on a month to open the daily view.
  3. Click on Enter Deliver Data to make fields editable.
  4. Enter your data for each day and click save. We automatically calculate the total for the month for you.

Case 3 Overwrite Delivered data with manual delivery data

  1. Open Manual Delivery Data Wizard
  2. Enter delivery data for the month.
  3. This new manual number is split and distributed to all days (according to the AdServer data). If this can't be done evenly then the overrun will be added to the 1st day.
  4. Later you can change and save the daily manual data while the total will automatically be adjusted.
  5. But, if you change the total for the month the calculation starts from scratch and you loose any individual changes you did to single days.

Enter Manual Data Entry overwrite with Delivery Data

  1. You have already entered manual delivery data.
  2. Now you are receiving AdServer delivery data. 
  3. Advendio still uses the manual data which has a higher priority than the AdServer data. 
  4. If you change the manual monthly data afterwards this number is split and distributed to all days (according to the AdServer data). Refer to Case 3.
