- it will always be ZERO.

If you are using hierachical scaled discounts 4.16.7 Commitment Matching Criteria Hierarchy or packages where campaign items match two or more commitment conditions the total revenue will be calculated towards both commitment conditions. The same issue occurs if you have two similar conditions where one has made the package header matching relevant whereas the other doesn't. Both can then count towards your revenue count. We recommend to avoid any of these "overlaps" when creating commitment. |
