Upload/Review creatives after booking

You can also set up the Ad Material Management component outside of flows. To do so please follow the steps below:

  1. Open Setup > All Sites (under Digital Experiences) and select next to your Self Service portal the Builder option.

  2. Click via the Preview option through to the Media Campaign record overview and start to adjust the Media Campaigns Lightning page layout.

    1. Remove the default “Record information tabs” and add the Component tabs below the header.

    2. Create 3 tabs (or a different number depending on your requirements)

    3. The first tab “Details” could contain the record details (for this you can add the component “Record Detail“).

    4. The second tab “Related“ could contain the related lists (for this you can add the component “Record Related List“).

    5. The third tab “Ad Material“ could contain the ad material component (for this you can add the component “Ad Material Management Community“).

  3. To set up the component for Ad Material Management properly you will need to enter the following inputs into the configuration of the component:

  • Having this component or a flow with a Media Campaign lookup is best practice for the use in communities as there is no option to enable the quick action in the Community/Digital Experience and putting the flow on an action button opens it in a modal mode which is not optimal for the experience.

  • Images won’t be shown in the Digital Experience as long no trusted site was created for the respective domain.
