What happens if there is an error during the import?

After the import process you will see a result screen as usual with transfer to ADvendio and from the AdServer finished, you will also receive a result email. There are different things that could fail This will also provide you an overview of problems during the import . If there is a general problem with your connection to Google AdManager, you will be able to see this immediately in the screen.

It could also be that problems arise in the communication with Salesforce or there are problems during the creation of Salesforce records, like missing permissions. In this case you are able to trace details in the result email you receive after the process. This gives you hint about the type of error as well as a specific error message given by the Salesforce API and the number of affected records.
