As a Sales Representative, I need to know if the Campaign Items are available in the desired time frameIn order to effectively manage campaigns, Sales representatives must check if the campaign items are available within a certain time period.

Solution

 1.1.6 Run Use the Availability Forecast  for your campaign items to know better what and how much you can sell to your customers. This works if your line item is either "Exclusive" so we are feature to gain insights into the quantity and type of items that can be sold to customers, either by checking the Booking Calendar for you in the background or if you have it submitted to one of the following exclusive items or by submitting them to compatible AdServers:

  • Google AdManagerAd Manager

  • Equativ (Smart)

  • Xandr 

  • FreeWheel

  • Adswizz

  • AdButler

  • Triton

The information from the Availability Check will be saved to your Campaign Items once you save it from the Media Configuration.

4. Checking Availability in Campaign Builder

How to check Availability in Campaign Builder

  • From the App launcher access the media campaign, go into Campaign Builder view

  • In the top right corner, you will see the Check Availability button

  • Ensure you have selected the correct values in the tabs Period, Prices, etc

Once the availability is checked, you will see a note saying the Availability check process finished

Checking under the Availability tab and clicking on it you will see a more detailed report available
