Workaround: Updating Names in AdServers of existing Accounts

The workaround currently causes Xandr related campaigns to not be able to push updates from ADvendio anymore (other features, like delivery reports should not be affected) if you change advertiser of running campaing. |
Since ADvendio does not update existing Advertisers in an Adserver, you will need to update the data for running Campaigns manually and directly in the AdServer.
