To transmit the status for your campaigns to the AdServer you can use the AdServer Status field in the Media Campaign object.
Please make sure not to don't mix this up with the AdServer Status on the Campaign Item: 7.3.13 Configure "Update Ad-Status in AdServer" for Campaign.Items
