Fully optimized search experience within your Media Campaigns
What is it?
Media Search is a powerful tool helping you to search for relevant Products, Sites and Placements in your Media Campaigns. It helps you to find advertising products out of your inventory and quickly add these data to your Media Basket and proceed with the booking.
The Search option is using ADvendio’s internal database system to bring you the most relevant and synchronised results.
How to use it?
You will find two different search modes: Quick Search and Filtering fields:
1) In Quick Search you can look for the name of your Product. From the Quick Search results, you can proceed directly to add items to your Media basket and Start Campaign Builder.
In Campaign Builder, you can define publication dates and time periods, targetings and more information for the products you just selected.
2)The second mode is selecting fields (for example Ad Type, Media Type, Billing Category, etc) Fields are customized by your Salesforce administrator according to your needs.
When selecting Filters you will be selecting the results you are looking for as precisely as possible. You can add/remove the results received to/ from your Media basket which is a time saver for you and from Media Basket you can proceed further with Media Campaign configuration or Campaign Builder.

Introduction
Media Search is a useful tool that helps you easily and quickly to search for the right advertising information in your Media Campaigns. With Media Search, you can find Products, Sites, and Placements for your advertising needs.
Media Search Overview
Media Search uses ADvendio's internal database system to provide you with the most relevant and synchronized search results for relevant Products, Sites and Placements in your Media Campaigns. It helps you to find advertising products out of your inventory and quickly add these data to your Media Basket and proceed with the booking.

What customers can do with Media Search?
Using Media Search, you can perform two types of searches: Quick Search and Filtering fields.
1-Quick Search
You can search for specific product names using the Quick Search option. Then after the search results are displayed you can add the items directly to your Media Basket. From there, you can proceed to the Campaign Builder to define publication dates, time periods, and targetings for the selected products.
2- Filtering fields
You can use the second search mode by selecting various filtering fields such as Ad Type, Media Type, and Billing Category. These fields can be customized by the Salesforce administrator to align with the specific needs of the customers. By applying these filters, you can narrow down your search results and add or remove items from the Media Basket. This capability saves time and allows for efficient Media Campaign configuration within the Campaign Builder.
How to access and use Media Search?
To access the Media Search feature:
Open the ADvendio app launcher.
Type "Media Campaign" and select your Media Campaign
In the top right corner of a drop-down menu click and select "Media Search"
You can choose between two search modes: Quick Search and Filtering fields:
Quick Search: If you know the name of the product you're looking for, type it into the search bar and press “Filter”
Filtering fields: you can use the filtering options to narrow down your search by selecting: Ad Type, Placement, Site or Billing Category and pressing “Filter”
You tick relevant search results and they will be added to your Media Basket
Proceed to the “Start Campaign Builder” or “Start Media Configuration” option
