Introduction

Media Search is a useful tool that helps you easily and quickly to search for the right advertising information in your Media Campaigns. With Media Search, you can find advertising products by searching for names or setting filters for the components of the products you are looking for. You can also check the availability of the products for certain timeframes.

Media Search Overview

Media Search is a useful tool that uses ADvendio's internal list of all advertising products in the system to provide you with the most relevant and synchronized search results for relevant Products, and their components like websites, magazine titles or even the audience you’d like to reach to add to your Media Campaigns.

It will help you to find advertising products out of your inventory and add quickly these data to your Media Basket and proceed with the booking.

Media Search is an excellent help for advertisers and marketers who handle Media Campaigns, this tool is great support for you in planning for your advertising.

What customers can do with Media Search?

Using Media Search, you can check availability under what customers can do and perform two types of searches: Quick Search and Filtering fields.

1-Quick Search

You can search for specific product names using the Quick Search option. Then after the search results are displayed you can add the items directly to your Media Basket. From there, you can proceed to the Campaign Builder to define publication dates, time periods, and targetings for the selected products.

2- Filtering fields

You can use the second search mode by selecting various filtering fields such as Audience, Ad Type, Media Type, and Billing Category. These fields can be customized by your company administrator to align with the specific needs of the customers. By applying these filters, you can narrow down your search results and add or remove items from the Media Basket. This capability saves time and allows for efficient Media Campaign configuration within the Campaign Builder.

How to access and use Media Search?

To access the Media Search feature:

  1. Open the ADvendio app launcher.

  2. Type "Media Campaign" and select your Media Campaign

  3. In the top right corner of a drop-down menu click and select "Media Search"

  4. You can choose between two search modes: Quick Search and Filtering fields:

    • Quick Search: If you know the name of the product you're looking for, type it into the search bar and press “Filter”

    • Filtering fields: you can use the filtering options to narrow down your search by selecting: Ad Type, Placement, Site or Billing Category and press “Filter”

  5. You add relevant search results and they will be added to your Media Basket

  6. Proceed to the “Start Campaign Builder” or “Start Media Configuration” option
