You can submit internal comments to your adserver campaign or line item. Here is how to:

1. Enter any comment into the following field
2. Submit Campaign to AdServer

You will find this in the following AdServer fields:

• AppNexus: comments at IO Level
• FreeWheel: description at IO Level
• Adswiss: comments at Campaign Level
