Most CPD bookings normally run from 0:00 until 23:59 on one specific calendar day. But sometimes it is necessary to start CPD bookings in the middle of one day to end by the middle of the next, i.e. on 5:00 pm day 1 until 4:59 pm the next day. You can handle this in the Booking Calendar by defining which of the days you like to show there. The campaign item has a picklist field called ADvendio_BookingCalendarDateAssignment_c.
Please choose either the picklist value "do not show last day" or "do now show first day". The following examples explain the functionality:
a. Do not show last day
The booking calendar displays the start day
Example:
StartdateTime is 21.04.2016 18:00 -Â EndDateTime is 23.04.2016 17:59
21.04.2016 + 22.04.2016 are marked as booked/offered
Example:
StartdateTime is 21.04.2016 18:00 -Â EndDateTime is 23.04.2016 17:59
22.04.2016 + 23.04.2016 are marked as booked/offered
The function "Until Date day excluded from CI runtime" which you formerly could find in the Admin Settings, is not supported anymore.
