How to configure the time zone used for Xandr Delivery Reports. Why are my Xandr monthly delivery data not matching the overall item performance?
Challange:
You notice differences in the monthly delivery data of your Campaign Items (for example in the first or last month are missing some impressions) when you look at your revenue schedules.
Or if you compare with the numbers reported directly.
Or your reporting of actuals, is required to be based on a certain time zone and you want to make sure that numbers are divided across the different days/months according to your desired time zone.
Solution:
Xandr requires you to set a time zone for all the reports you are accessing:
It is possible to change, which time zone is used for reporting in ADvendio. This is handled by the user that is used to plan the Delivery Reports in the Delivery Report Settings. In order to quickly check this, you can view the ‘Scheduled Jobs’ in the Salesforce Setup. Look for Job Name: Ad-Server Delivery Report…'

As a default we will use the time zone configured for this user in the user settings at language & time zone
If you are experiencing problems with the numbers from your Xandr items not matching, please take a look if the correct time zone is configured for your user:
As the Delivery Reports are scheduled to be repeated in a fixed interval (e.g. once a day), ADvendio will update the time zone settings each time the delivery data is updated. If you change the time zone settings of your Salesforce User, this might have effects on the reporting data.
Settings for Get delivered Clicks & Impressions
When using the button ‘Get Delivered Clicks/Impression’ for example on the Campaign Item Related List, your own user will be referred, when starting the delivery reports. This means your own current time zone will be used.
