7.2.2.10 How to configure the Content selection in Media Configuration

Challenge

Setting up the Content selection in the Media Configuration helps your users to do a simplified selection of Contents on campaign creation.

Solution

To add the Content selection column to the Media Configuration you will need to follow the steps mentioned in the setup section below.

Starting with version 2.127 we improved the searchability of contents in the Selected Contents modal which can be opened from the Media Configuration.

Setup

To add the column for Selected Content to the Media Configuration you will need to edit your Tab Setup. Go to the record tab you would like to add it to/or create a new one and add a new field under the folder Targetings > Content Targeting.

To set up the enhanced search feature you will also need to create a new feature setting.

Therefore you to the App Launcher and open the link for Feature Settings.

Click on New and enter the following values:

You can add additional fields and also custom fields to the filter section by putting new quotes containing the API names of a Content field comma separated before the closing bracket of the Value field.

Please ensure that no blanks are entered in the Feature Setting value.
