4.4.5 Why do I receive the error ERROR_ENCRYPTED_DATA_CORRUPTED?

You do an action related to an external system, like check availability, submit, delivery data reports or transfer of ids, and receive the following error message:

The authentication credentials are currently not encrypted in ADvendio. (Message key: ERROR_ENCRYPTED_DATA_CORRUPTED )

Solution

With the update to version 2.130, we added a new security update to encrypt login credentials, which are saved in ADvendio. Normally this should all happen without you needing to do something, but in case a problem occured during this process, you receive the above mentioned error message.
