Current Limitations:
Campaigns with: App Install, Catalog Sales and Conversion Campaign objectives are currently not supported
Ads are currently not created from ADvendio, please create them manually in Facebook
Once pushed from ADvendio, it is not possible to modify certain Campaign and Ad Set Settings (e.g. the Campaign Objective / ADvendio Order Goal, Optimization Strategy, the promoted page)
