Facebook Available Settings and required steps

To use Facebook integration for media buying, there might be some smaller setup steps that need to be done. Configure the Mapping of the Advertisers

In order to make sure the correct advertisers are referred from ADvendio, you need to make sure your Accounts in ADvendio map to the advertisers in your Facebook or Social Media System.

There are a few ways to ensure this:

• Using Accounts that have the exact same name as the advertisers in your connected system. ADvendio will use the name to match the Accounts to the right IDs.

Attention: Please make sure the spelling and special characters are exactly matching, else ADvendio may have trouble finding the right data to connect.

• The possibility of manually creating the mapping. This way, you can choose a different naming for your Account in ADvendio, than in the connected system. To do this, go to the 'External Account IDs' list on your Account.

Before creating the External Account ID, make sure to sync the advertiser IDs to ADvendio from your connected system. See also How to import and sync targeting information and ids from connected systems with ADvendio for more information.

If the Buying Order action is not shown in your Campaign Item layout please add it to the layout.
