7.2.25.2 Common questions for the Booking Calendar Lightning
How to resolve the JWT access token error? OAuth access is needed → explained in wiki: 7.2.25 How to set up the Booking Calendar Lightning?
Why is “No Results” shown? / Why are certain Ad prices missing?
Rate Card not active: The Rate Card of one/multiple price(s) is not active but it has to be active for exclusive ad prices to be shown. Please take note that the validity range also needs to be active.
New publication date logic: The new logic expects publication dates to be set up properly in the requested time frame when there was at least one publication date created for the relevant site
“Consider Content” might be activated in step 3 of the template settings although the inventory is not connected to Contents
Maximum Applicability Units on Ad Price not matching your time period: Please make sure that the selection of the time period in the Booking Calendar needs to match your Availability Time Units on the Ad Price (field: Maximum Applicability Units)
New Content mode: There is a new content availability mode which will result in just showing one number per cell. When the Content checkbox on the Booking Calendar “Display Content Column” is checked the usual content mode will be shown (with 3 or 4 numbers). In the settings the permanent setting for that would be step 2 Content = true, Step 3 Consider Content and Content = true
When I am loading many rows in the Booking Calendar view the response time is extremely long. How can this be fixed?
This change can be applied for all versions.
You can apply a change in the Setup:
Setup > Custom Metadata Types > Hit “Manage Records” next to Service Configuration > Click “Edit” next to InventoryForecast (Initial) and change the value for Chunk Size from 1 to 100.
Why can’t I see my booked Campaign items in the results table?
Stage was not selected: Please make sure a Media Campaign Stage was set and the Probability was updated accordingly.
Publication dates not selected: If you have a product with publication dates you have to select publication dates in your Campaign Item as well to show up.
Contents not selected: If you have a product with Contents and use the Booking Calendar in a view with Contents you have to select Contents in your Campaign Item as well to show up.
Exclusive checkbox off on Campaign Item: Your Exclusive criterion is usually inherited from the Ad Price but sometimes the Exclusive checkbox might be off on the Campaign Item which hides it from the view.
