How can you access the AI Addon?
In order to take part in our Pilot testing for AI, you can contact our Product Team or your Customer Success Manager, to discuss detail on the setup and licensing.
The features are built upon Salesforce Analytics and Einstein Discovery and require a dedicated CRM Analytics Plus license to be used. All details can be clarified with our team.
We are in a Pilot testing phase, meaning the Features can be subject to change, but we are also actively encouraging you as customer to give us feedback! With a dedicated Pilot testing project, we are looking to find new and exciting use cases to improve your Media Business or make our already existing features better!

How to set up and use the AI Addon?
Once we got an agreement on the Pilot Testing, you will receive a link to the ADvendio Package Extension to install in your ADvendio Org. Currently ADvendio Summer 2024 (2.169) is required as ADvendio version to use the extension.
