ADvendio Analytics: Next-Level Reporting with CRM Analytics Plus

Overview

The ADvendio Analytics Plus Extension enhances your Salesforce CRM Analytics with powerful, ready-to-use dashboards and templates. These tools are designed to give you actionable insights with minimal setup, allowing for dynamic embedding and effortless customization.


Key Features

1. Sales Home Dashboard

  • Get a snapshot of your key sales data.

  • View upcoming tasks and campaigns at a glance.

  • Identify the most critical follow-ups to drive sales success.

  1. Key Sales Data: This section highlights the total number of Media Campaigns, the number of currently open Campaigns, the average Win Rates, and the Total Revenue. For example, if you filter the dashboard by Campaign Owner, you will see metrics specifically for that user's Media Campaigns.

  2. Revenue Timeline & Revenue by Stage: See your how your booked and pipeline revenue developed during the year and how your current revenue is divided by Media Campaign Stage 

  3. Advertiser Stats: See your highest revenue advertiser accounts & which ones have little or no tracked activities.

  4. Media Campaign & Task Overview: See your upcoming Media Campaigns, which have not yet started as well as pending tasks. To view this for a specific user, add a Campaign Owner filter. 

 

2. Revenue Trends and Overview

  • Visualize your current business performance.

  • Explore revenue timelines, Y2Y growth, and trends.

  • Identify top-performing industries, channels, and products.

Dashboard Details:

  • Revenue Timelines: Tracks revenue performance over time, highlighting key growth periods.

  • Y2Y Growth: Compares year-over-year revenue metrics.

  • Industry, Channel & Legal Entity Performance: Identifies the top contributors to revenue by industry and channel.

  • Total Revenue by Advertiser & Product

  • Revenue Breakdown: The total achieved revenue per Year / Quarter

 

3. Sales Goals Overview

  • Monitor all sales goals and track progress at an individual owner level.

  • Use the Reach Contribution tab for insights into what contributed to achieving goals, including media campaigns, advertisers, and products.

 

Dashboard Details:

  • Sales Goal Progress: Displays goal completion percentages and targets.

  • Individual Owner and Goal Filters: Allows filtering by sales reps to focus on personal or team objectives or filter for one specific Goal, to dive into full details.

  • Avg Goal Reach and Forecast: See at one glance how much of the Sales Goals is already reached & based on the performance up until now, how much is expected to be reached until end of goal runtime.

  • Sales Goal Contribution tab: Break

4. Third-Party Delivery Import Template

  • This template will help you connect external data sources or manually import external delivery data, via CRM Analytics datasets and then match it with your Campaign Items via the AdId

  • You can further enhance this, to even update your Campaign Items directly, and save back the numbers

Template Details:

  • Delivery Data Integration: Maps third-party delivery information to ADvendio campaign records.

  • Customizable Fields: Allows for the addition of custom delivery metrics.

  • Error Logging: Highlights any data discrepancies during import for quick resolution.


Installation Guide

To use the ADvendio Analytics Plus Extension, follow these steps:

Prerequisites:

  • Salesforce CRM Analytics must be activated in your organisation. You need at least CRM Analytics Growth Licenses to use the features.

Installation Steps:

  1. Install the ADvendio Analytics Extension:

  2. Set Up Analytics Studio:

    • Navigate to Analytics Studio in Salesforce.

    • Create a new app and select ADvendio Analytics Templates.

  3. Complete the Wizard:

    • Follow the guided wizard steps to configure your dashboards and templates.

Post-Installation Configuration

After completing the installation, perform these additional steps to ensure proper functionality:

  1. Schedule Data Sync:

    • Use the Connector to sync data from your Salesforce records.

  2. Schedule Recipes:

    • Ensure that recipes are scheduled to run after the Connector sync completes.

    • Right now 4 individual Recipes are included: SalesGoalsData, MonthlyRevenueReporting, ProductData & ThirdPartyDeliveryDataMonthly

  3. Access Dashboards:

    • View dashboards directly in Analytics Studio.

  4. Embed Dashboards:

    • Integrate dashboards into Lightning Record Pages, such as displaying a filtered Account-specific dashboard.

  5. Customization Options:

    • Modify dashboards and recipes to fit your unique business requirements.
