Why am I getting "ERROR_CAMPAIGN_ITEM_NO_FOUND" when submitting to the AdServer?
Issue:
When trying to submit a Campaign Item to the Adverser a customer can see the below error message
”Error: No campaign items found for "booking.". (Message key: ERROR_CAMPAIGN_ITEM_NO_FOUND )”
This is caused when the Checkbox on the Campaign Item level for ‘Submit to Adserver’ is set as false. This can happen if the Campaign Item has already been submitted and a second attempt is made and this checkbox is then set to false.
Resolution:
The resolution to this is simply setting this checkbox as true and attempting the submit process again. An automation can be set up to check this checkbox (check if this works for your business processes).
