Why is a Campaign Item not generating Accounting Records

Problem

There is an Issue with the generation of accounting records, perhaps all other campaign items have generated accounting records except one..

Reason

There are two conditions in the logic which can cause this:

• Run time is over

• No Invoices yet

Also worth checking fields related to Accounting such as:

• Payment Interval

• Payment start

• Payment Due to

• bill me (on campaign item and media campaign)
