7.2.3 Setup Contact Wizard

The campaign Contact Wizard helps the user to select the right contacts for his campaigns quickly. This feature shows the user only the contacts that belong to the involved accounts. The selected contacts are displayed at the corresponding media campaign at the related list Campaign Contacts.

Media Campaign Layout - Add Lookup Fields

The Media Campaign contains different Account lookups, that should be used in order to select Contacts in the Contact Wizard.

Select a Media Campaign and select all relevant Account lookups:

  1. Navigate to an existing Media Campaign. Otherwise, you have to create one first.
  2. Please select Accounts for the following lookup fields:
    • Account (Advertiser)
    • Agency
    • Beneficiary
    • Debtor (formerly Invoice Recipient)
    • Intermediary
    • Postal Recipient
  3. Click the button Save.

If a lookup is not used, the user can skip that lookup. In this case, the Contact Wizard does not show any contacts, that can be selected.

Note: The system administrator is able to remove or add those lookups in the page layout if some Accounts and their roles are not used. Nevertheless, these roles are displayed in the Contact Wizard.

Media Campaign - Contact Wizard

The Campaign Contact Wizard helps the user to add new contacts to an existing media campaign. It only displays those contacts assigned to the media campaign.

Select Media Campaign contacts using the Contact Wizard:

  1. Click the button Contact Wizard.
