We recommend that you use the Wizard for the mass creation or deletion of flexible payment plans for based on publication dates.

Make sure that you have invoice dates for all of your publications. Also, don't use the wizard if your administrator has activated the automated creation of FPPs!

 You can do the following things:

  • Pick a Site, select a relevant Campaign Item with that Publication Date and creates FPPs. 
  • Pick an Invoice Date, select relevant Campaign Item(s), with a Publication Date record which matches the chosen Invoice Date and create FPPs. Campaign Items can only have ONE Publication Date selected. The filter combination of Site and Invoice Date define the search. 
  • Delete FPPs of matching Campaign Items.

Step 1A - Filter by Publication Date

  • Select either you your Site / Magazin / Journal (all publications for that one site will show)
  • or select an invoice date (all publications for all sites with that date will show)

Alternatively, you can filter by the invoice date. This will pull all campaign line items which have a publication date "record" and within that record, the field Invoice Date filled:

  • You are not able to select campaign items which have more than one publication date assigned. See the error message below. 
  • A red status flag indicates that the FPP plan has not been created yet.

Here you can either enter the amount or split it by percentage as described above. The total or all payment plans has have to match the total amount or 100%. All payment plans have to be of the same type.

If you receive the following message make sure to follow all the above-mentioned rules, i.e. FPPs add up to 100% or the total is exactly what is sold in the campaign items.

After clicking save you will get an overview page with the detailed information of on all payment plans for all campaign items. The green flags indicate that the total plans are mapped to 100%.
