It is important to understand how to create Ad Types and which settings need to be configured in Broadsign to ensure they work correctly.

By following these instructions, you can easily create Ad Types in Broadsign and configure the required technical and format settings to ensure successful integration with an external system. When creating Ad Types for Broadsign make sure to fill in the information below, explaining which fields equal which settings in the AdServer.

Step-by-step instruction to create a new Broadsign Ad :

  1. Open the main menu or app launcher.

  2. Look for "Ad Types" and select it.

  3. Within the Ad Types menu, locate and click on the "New" button.

  4. A list of options will appear for creating a new ad type. Choose the "Broadsign" option from the list.

  5. Click on the "Next" button to proceed.

  6. Now, you will see a form with various fields to fill in. Make sure to provide all the required information.

  7. Once you have filled in all the necessary fields, click on the "Save" button.

Priority

If the priority field is left empty, we use the value defined on the Ad Type.

The platform has specified certain values that are allowed for priority. Therefore, you must select from those specific values when setting priorities in Broadsign.

For example, if a priority in Broadsign is labelled as P1, you should also assign the same value in ADvendio.
