Stages of Sales Workflow Probability

During the course of a sales process, a media campaign runs passes through different stages. The media campaign's probability depends on its stage.

The media campaign's standard probability will be calculated automatically after you have saved the new stage. The probabilities for the available stages are as follows:

First contact - 5%various stages, and the chances of its success differ at each stage. Whenever you move a campaign to a new stage, the system will automatically calculate its standard probability.

Info

This probability can only be set in increments of 5% - 10%.

Modify Picklist Values

To modify the values that appear in a picklist, you will need to make changes to the picklist's configuration settings.

Note

Important!

  • If a Stage in a process does not use a percentage value

as listed above is handled as ZERO percent. All 100% stages are

within the specified range, it is considered to have a ZERO probability.

  • On the other hand, if a stage is set at a 100% probability, it is linked to the workflow

    which

    that sets the "

    bill

Bill me" checkbox, which is important for Billing and Accounting

  • To localize the stage values into your

language please always use the translation workbench!

preferred language, it is recommended to use the Translation Workbench. ⚠️ Otherwise, some features

    might

    may not work

    anymore. See below and

    properly.
