We have added a new feature called "Get Enhanced Delivery Data" that allows you to generate Enhanced Delivery Reports for specific campaign items. This feature is useful when regular delivery reports are not available, such as when campaign items have already ended. You can use this feature to test the enhanced reports for a specific item or to reimport re-import enhanced delivery data for optimized campaigns that have been cloned with new settings.

to optimize an old Campaign, when Campaign Items were cloned with the new settings, and reimport re-import of all the enhanced delivery data is needed for cloned Campaign items but is ignored by the standard scheduled process.

On the Campaign Item related list: When viewing a campaign item under Related List, check the drop-down menu and click the button "Get Enhanced Delivery Data" on the page.
In the Campaign Item list view: you will see this feature in the list view of your Go to the App launcher and access Campaign Items. Click the drop-down menu and select the “Get Enhanced Delivery Data” option. You can access the "Get Enhanced Delivery Data" option by selecting it on the right side of the list view.

You can now customize your list view to include the "Get Enhanced Delivery Data" button. This way, you will be able quickly to access the enhanced delivery data for multiple campaign items at once. |

After clicking the button “Get Enhanced Delivery Data” button a new screen will open:appear.You can enter an Enhanced Delivery Data filter if you wantneeded, or leave it empty and to use our default settings.
You will get confirmation about the request was sent and also you will get the Job Id number. An email will be sent to your registered e-mail address with information about the results of your request.
