Send PDF Commitment to your customers
Version 2.94 and up (Only working for For Advertiser / Agency Discount Commitments):
To generate a PDF document in which you can present your advertiser/agency with the proposed or agreed commitment data, click on the document button in the right-hand corner:

This will open a new screen similar to invoice and offer documents. Where you can preview the Commitments PDF which looks as follows:

The layout currently uses the standard settings and does not allow for Legal Entity configuration yet. If you would like to hide the Fax field on this document please select the checkbox "Hide Fax" in your active Quote Preference. |
