4.16.1.1 How to Create a Commitment Document
Send PDF Commitment to your customers
For Advertiser / Agency Discount Commitments:
To generate a PDF document in which you can present your advertiser/agency with the proposed or agreed commitment data, click on the document button in the right-hand corner:
This will open a new screen similar to invoice and offer documents. Where you can preview the Commitments PDF which looks as follows:
The layout currently uses the standard settings and does not allow for Legal Entity configuration yet.
If you would like to hide the Fax field on this document please select the checkbox "Hide Fax" in your active Quote Preference.
Use Text Blocks
Similar to Media Campaigns you also have the option to use text blocks to enhance the text on your document. Your administrator has to 7.5.5.7 Setup Text Blocks / Boilerplates for you in order to do this. Navigate to the related list in your Commitment:
Click on the new button to add another text block to the commitment. Select a preconfigured text block and hit save. Read more on how to create 4.6.5 Text Blocks in order to use them here.
