4.14 Third-Party Commission Wizard (TPC)

Create Credit Notes

To pay out the Third-Party Commission to the correct intermediaries or brokers, you need to create Credit Notes as Media Campaigns in ADvendio.

Prerequisites:

  1. Media Campaigns with TPC have been fully invoiced.

  2. The intermediary account has been linked to those Media Campaigns.

Steps:

  1. Open the App Launcher and search for Third-Party Commission Wizard.

  2. The wizard page allows you to enter various filter criteria to search for invoices with a TPC. You must search for at least one account as your intermediary.

  1. At the bottom, you will see a list of invoice items matching your filter criteria. If there are many results, only a limited number (default: 20) is shown at a time. This is indicated at the top left of the result list. A "+" symbol after the number of items means more results are available.

  2. To load more results, simply scroll to the bottom of the screen; the list will automatically load additional items.

  1. To create credit notes for your intermediary, select the invoice items you want to use from the result list.

You can use the box at the top left of the results to select all visible entries.

Attention: This will only select currently visible items. If more results exist but only the first 20 are loaded, only those 20 will be selected. You can 7.6.5 Configure the Third Party Commission Wizard to set how many results are shown at a time.

IMPORTANT:
Due to a CPU time limit, it is not possible to create a Third-Party Commission Credit in a Media Campaign with more than 350 invoice items selected.

Feature Setting:
To set the limit for displayed invoice items:

  • Setting Name: Total Number Of Records

  • Feature Name: Third Party Commission Wizard

  • Value: [Enter the total limit of displayed invoice items]

  1. Once you have made your selection, click the Create TPC Campaign button on the right.

  2. A green notification will appear at the top of the page, confirming that new records have been successfully created.

  3. Navigate to Media Campaigns and search for the newly created "Third Party Commissioning Media Campaign."

When Third-Party Commission Revision Extension feature apply?

The Data structure for basic commitments is supported by Third-Party Commission Revision Extension.

  • This feature changes TPC % and applied TPC Commitment Conditions for (partly) invoiced Campaign Items.

  • It will not work when the new feature invoice item cancelation is in use!

  • Works only for Basic Commitments! Don’t use it when Advanced Commitments are enabled!
