The Booking Calendar is a powerful tool that allows you to discover in several clicks what products are available for a specific time period. Sales Representatives can use the Calendar to create advertising campaigns quickly and easily. Inventory Managers can use the Calendar to identify which products are in high demand and which are not selling well, so they can adjust their incentives and promotions accordingly. Booking Calendar provides a comprehensive view of inventory levels and helps both Sales Representatives and Inventory Managers make informed decisions to maximize sales.
Customers Target Group:
The Booking Calendar is designed for advertising professionals who manage and sell ad bookings for Print, Digital and Retail-out-of-Home (ROOH) customers. It is also useful for customers who create and use Media Campaigns in ADvendio to check bookings for specific time frames.
Sales representatives can easily create Media Campaigns with just a few clicks, while Inventory Managers can use the Booking Calendar to see which inventory is in high demand or underbooked.
It's important to know that the Booking Calendar deals with all availability requests that aren't made through an external ad-serving system.

Effective use of the feature:
The Booking Calendar feature in ADvendio allows you to view all your available inventory for a particular time frame, making it easy to identify popular and less-booked inventory. Also, you can always add predefined templates and see the relevant products per each working step.
This feature also allows the quick and easy creation of media campaigns by checking available inventory in the booking calendar and adding it directly to the media basket, then proceeding to build the campaign.
Future Development Plans:
This component was released in March 2023 and in the Booking Calendar future updates, we are planning to add Event Dates to block inventory for certain dates or maintenance. This is planned for Q2 2023.
