In order to create Accounting Records for relevant items, and to ensure a smooth transition to the Accounting Interfaces, only Invoice Items in the current Accounting Period will be collected as part of the Accounting Record Creation process. This is now part of the Accounting Record Creation Entry Criteria.

We enabled one of our core components the check availability of AdServer related products to be accessed via an API from outside of Salesforce. This is part of our future plan to help you, built self service solutions, where your clients can configure exactly those products they need and send this information directly to you.

With version 2.117 we're now using the Google AdManager API v201908, keep an eye on our Interface Version Control, to see which ADvendio version supports which APIs / AdServer Versions.

Important notice for our Freewheel customers!

In December Freewheel will deprecate the Ad Unit API v1 and Forecasting API v3. With version 2.117 or patch version 2.116.3 ADvendio now uses the all new Ad Unit API v4 and Forecasting API v4. To ensure that your connection to Freewheel will not be affected, please switch to one of these versions until December. No further steps are needed from your side, just install the new version.

We now support the configuration of which Forecast mode to use for your Freewheel integration. This gives you control over: which information will be available, how detailed the simulation of your inventory is and how fast the Forecast will be finished. The latest version of ADvendio brings a much anticipated improvement by many of our customers. With version 2.117, you now have the ability to configure decimal places for sales price. This improvement has far reaching implications, in particular, for example, when dealing with billing categories with very low sales price.

For example you have an item with CPCV at ,05214 and a quantity of 1000. You can now invoice this item to the value of 52,14 instead of the previous value of 50,00. Furthermore, the full Sales Price value can also be reflected on your quote and invoice PDFs.

In order to give you the most flexibility with regards to your invoicing needs, it is now possible to set the payment start for individual Campaign Items.

This enables you to invoice items on an alternate schedule to the rest of your Media Campaign. Doing so via the Campaign Item has  the added benefit that if the invoice date is the same as  another item within your Media Campaign, they will be shown on the same invoice, saving both you and your customer administrative time and effort. 

Meeting your taxation requirements just got easier and more convenient with the latest improvement to handling of VAT/GST within ADvendio. 

With the new enhanced ability to configure who is considered the 'buyer' for tax purposes, you can now handle the creation of your Media Campaigns where, for example, the Debtor location should not determine the applicable VAT from a buyer perspective but the Beneficiary location.  

This feature setting can be created to set up one field for the applicable buyer or even implement a hierarchy. 

In order to accommodate the fact that some Agency Accounts may function as an Intermediary in some Media Campaigns, we have removed the optional filtering on the Intermediary field in the Media Campaign to better facilitate our Lightning users. 

Fixed bug where dependent fields were no longer editable in the Media Configuration when saving failed, for example due to a validation rule. 

Some issues may be encountered if accessing a Dependent field via our JS library.

Following the release of Salesforce Summer '19SF, there are some critical updates which need to be handled for Custom Settings and Custom Metadata Types. These critical updates required some changes to the ADvendio Super User Permission Set. These changes have been included in version 2.117.
