What will be changed and why?
A Salesforce Update requires us to apply a small change in our ADvendio License module. The change is related to the Service we call to do regular License updates in your instance.
What actions do you need to do and when?
Due to this change, we need to kindly ask all customers to upgrade to one of the versions below by June, 30th 2023. We advise you to take the necessary actions as soon as possible in order to avoid any downtime in your ADvendio instance.
Supported versions:
2.162.13 and higher (→ update requires immediate action see below)
2.163.4 and higher (→ update requires immediate action see below)
2.164.1 and higher (→ update requires immediate action see below)
All new versions (2.165 and higher) (→ no further action required)
Please take note that for the following patch versions (2.162.13 and higher, 2.163.4 and higher, 2.164.1 and higher) an action has to be performed as otherwise the License sync will fail:
Go to Setup ⚙️
In the Setup search for “Remote Site Settings” in the Quick Find box on the left
Open “Remote Site Settings”
Hit the button “New Remote Site“
Enter the following details:

6. Hit save.
When the Remote Site was created you have successfully performed the necessary action so that the License Check can perform successfully again via scheduled job or via manual user interaction.
If you install an ADvendio version 2.165 and above nothing needs to be done. Please make sure to accept installing all remote site settings on the installation screen (see screenshot below).
