Summary:

ADvendio Connections is our Gateway to integrate with a wide variety of external platforms to streamline your advertisement processes. Our supported integration in the ADvendio package focuses on enabling you to manage your media inventory via ADvendio or book new Ad Campaigns. Therefore we have defined a set of use cases our features cover and a definition of different levels of integrations we support in our product.

Types of Integrations to ADvendio

ADvendio Connections supports different types of integrations, based on the modules that will use them. The main differentiation is between Publisher/Selling Integrations and Media Buying Integrations.

Selling integrations focus on connecting ADvendio to third-party booking systems, which help you to fulfil the advertisement campaigns you’re planning for your advertisers and seamlessly report and invoice those.

Media Buying integrations will support your Media Buying activities, for example when using ADvendio to plan Advertising Campaigns on behalf of others or to sell Audience Extension services. The goal of the integrations is to build a seamless bridge from planning your campaign to creating bookings in DSPs, Social Media platforms or similar.

ADvendio Features

Publisher / Media Selling Integration

Customers are using Booking Platforms (such as AdServers) to fulfill their Advertisement Sales.

These Booking platforms are responsible for directly managing the media inventory, displaying the right ads to the right visitors, be able to check availability and give reports on the delivery.

For a successful Sales process, customers need to be able to translate their managed media inventory into sellable products with rates and make sure to seamlessly report on campaigns booked by Advertisers.

Allow customers to directly push Orders and Items based on ADvendio Campaigns, saving them effort to set them up manually.

On the fly availability check for their desired Sales Campaign (without having to manually check this in Third Party System)

Connect ADvendio Items with Positions in Third Party System, so we can use this relation for optimizations and delivery imports.

Customer is using many different programmatic platforms to sell it’s media inventory ‘automated’ via auctions. Revenue is coming in from many different sources.

Automize import of Revenue data based on certain rules (e.g. grouped per Advertiser, per Media, per Deal Type) in order to use these in high level reporting & financial accounting

Media Buying Integration

Customers are using Media Buying Platforms (such as DSPs or Platforms that directly sell Advertising Spaces) in order to offer a media buying service to advertisers.

Customers offer to take care for their Advertisers to manage all steps around buying ads from a specific platform and use their First Party Data to improve the bookings for a agreed price or based on a media budget and an additional fee.
