In order to use the End Campaign Item function for delivery data based invoices, you will need to activate the Flow which will schedule to delivery report import for items once they have ended.
Navigate to the setup
Go to Process Builder
Activate the process ‘End Campaign Item - Schedule Delivery Report'
Proceed to end Campaign Items
