Buying Order

To initiate the process of buying media through The Trade DeskCRITEO DSP, you need to define a Campaign using the ADvendio Buying Order. Here are the steps:

  1. Access the App Launcher and search for "Buying Orders"

  2. Once in the "Buying Orders" section, click on "New" to begin

  3. Choose the appropriate Source

    1. Select the Record Type as "THETRADEDESKCRITEODSP"

    2. Choose the previously created Connection
      (ALL THE ACTIVE CONNECTIONS WILL BE DISPLAYED HERE)

    3. Click on "Save

  4. Add a name for the Buying Order

  5. Complete all the required fields to determine your TTD Criteo Campaign objective

    Buying Item

    Once you have created a Buying Order, you can proceed to configure individual Buying Items, which correspond to The Trade Desk AdGroups+FlightsLine Items. These Buying Items allow you to manage your programmatic media spend by setting up details such as bidding strategy, goals, and automatic optimizations. You have the flexibility to create as many Buying Items as needed for your Buying Order.

    However, it's essential to be aware of the following limitations:

    Multiple Flights within a Buying Item cannot overlap with each other. This means you have two options:

    1. Create multiple Buying Items within one Buying Order, all having the same time frame OR

    2. You need to ensure that the dates of all Buying Items in the Buying Order do not overlap with each other
