We recognise that certain aspects of your Media Campaigns may change over time, or mistakes may happen during their creation, and one of the biggest risks associated with this is inconsistency of your invoice/accounting data. To accommodate Accounting Record creation on Invoice/Invoice Item level for key criteria which may change, we have implemented new fields on Invoice/Invoice Item level.

Enable matching with those fields can be managed manually through use of a feature setting.

While creating a Media Campaign, have you ever found yourself wondering about the availability in your current configuration only to find yourself having to exit the Media Configuration in order to check it?

Put that behind you with the new feature from ADvendio which allows you to check availability directly from the Media Configuration.

Through the use of a global function, each customer can now build their own scheduler to advanced schedule a billing run. this latest improvements not only saves you time but ensures that all invoices which meet your requirements get invoiced in one go.

While working in the Media configuration, you may often find yourself dealing with fields that have information populated that is not applicable or no longer relevant for the given Campaign Item. For example, you cloned a Campaign Item or there have been overhauling changes to targeting criteria.

We have now added a clear button to such fields to make clearing the information and starting over more efficient and user-friendly.

The collection process is very important but time-consuming part of the Publisher Payout feature. In order to improve performance for this process, we have created entry criteria for items which will be considered.

Each time the process is run, only Invoice Items which have been created since the last process was run will be considered. Saving you time and allowing you to pay your Publishers in a timely manner.
