Subscriptions

Subscriptions are a new feature within ADvendio. In version 2.125, we introduced the possibility to create and manage your subscription contracts within ADvendio. As of version 2.126, it is now possible to create Subscription Media Campaigns from those Subscription contracts to allow you to create and issue invoices for your Subscriptions.

Upcoming releases will deal with altering running subscriptions as well as automated renewal of Subscription Contracts. If you are interested in this feature and want to discuss your particular use cases or needs, feel free to contact your Technical Account Manager or support@advendio.com

We improved our error handling in the ADvendio Gateway, increasing the stability of your main business processes. Additionally we built a clearer messaging, if the Gateway is currently not accessible from ADvendio. Our new logic will retry the process, to prevent small temporary problems from disrupting your workflows and if that still fails, provide a clearer messaging for your usersfixed problems, with Adserver related processes leading to 'random' error messages. We used the chance to stabilize our gateway connection, so that once an action hits a timeout, we try again in order to make sure this is not due to temporary problems.
