With Price Rules, adjusting prices and implementing dynamic pricing for Campaign Items based on specific scenarios became more simplesimpler. For example, you could apply changes like a Seasonal Index or surcharges for different Targeting or Frequency Capping needs.

In the App Launcher search for "Price Rules" to access the Price Rules section.
Find existing Price Rules or create new ones based on your requirements by pressing the New button
For detailed instructions on creating Price Rules, refer to section 3.3.5.1 Create Price Rules
In summary, when setting up a Price Rule, you need to provide the following information:
Price Rule Name: Give your Price Rule a descriptive name for easy identification
Valid From/ Valid Until Specify the timeframe when the price rules will apply
Where to Apply & Surcharge/Discount Amount/Percentage: Specify where the Price Rule should apply (e.g., specific products or target segments) and define if this is a surcharge, discount amount, or percentage.
Matching Criteria: Set the criteria that need to be met for the Price Rule to be applied, such as specific conditions or triggers

How to Apply Price Rules
Once you configured your Price Rules you can apply them to your Campaign Items directly in the Media Configuration. The discounts will be rounded if needed.
For this, there is a new Button "Apply Price Rules" included in the Media Configuration
If this button is not visible, your System Administrator will need to activate it in the Administration settings.
When you click the button all Price Rules that match the settings on the individual Campaign Items of your Media Campaign can be applied.

Price Rules in Campaign Builder

After configuring your Price Rules, you can directly apply them to your Campaign Items within the Campaign Builder:
Access the Campaign Builder view, and you will see Apply Price Rules on the top right in Campaign Builder
To apply Price Rules press Apply Price Rules button in the Campaign Builder.
To view more detailed data, access one of the Tabs called Price Rules.
