Current Limitations for the ADvendio - FreeWheel Integration

Inventory Targeting of multiple Zones

Zones in AdButler represent the placement of your ad on a website. Typically these Zones represent a single ad space and creative size.

As with the structure of AdButler, the booking relevant information (like start and end date, the desired number of impressions, and the priority) is defined on a Zone Assignment, where you select a single Zone. If you want to target multiple Zones, you will have to use a Channel. These channels need to be set up in AdButler and can then be imported to ADvendio.

ADvendio Campaign Items do not support the selection of multiple Zones (as seen in the screenshot above) or the selection of multiple Channels. If you select those we can not guarantee that the right booking will arrive in AdButler. Please use a Channel instead if you want to target rotations.

Check Availability

Currently, the API of AdButler only supports availability checks based on Zones. If your ADvendio Campaign Item should include Channels or VAST Zones instead, the Check Availability feature might return an error message similar to this:
