Description of the feature (overview)
Commitments are financial agreements made between companies and their publishers, customers, or agencies that are usually made on a yearly quarterly, or monthly basis and can be tracked in ADvendio. They help manage planned advertising spending to achieve certain discounts or value-add offers, with ADvendio calculating actual revenue figures throughout the year to ensure that commitments are being met.
Commitments are typically agreed to at the beginning of the year or even earlier at the end of the preceding year.
There are two types of commitment: basic and advanced commitments that can be switched on and off through feature settings.

You see different Commitments types available in more detail in Wiki Knowledge: 4.16.8 Commitment Condition Use Cases and check for the following use cases: Rebate in Kind, Scaled Discount, Special Discount, Agency Earning and Third Party Commission.
Who can benefit from using it?
The Commitment feature is designed for customers, publishers, agencies, and customer agencies who use the financial tools of ADvendio and want to create financial agreements.
Advantages of the feature:
The commitments feature helps you to manage planned advertising spending to achieve certain discounts or value-add offers.
Effective use of the feature: In which ways it could be used by the customer? (If applicable)
ADvendio calculates your actual revenue generated during the year and compares it with the commitment value to ensure that targets are met and the correct discounts are applied. This helps you in tracking progress towards financial goals and ensures that commitments are fulfilled.
Future Development Plans:
Our plans are to introduce commitment features in the Campaign Builder.
